How much do your services cost?
How much depends on a number of factors: How much work you need done (Set-up, Management, Filings, Payroll, etc.), What system you are running/want to run (Quickbooks bookkeeping services, Excel, etc.), The size of your company, the type of entity (S-Corp Bookkeeping, LLC, Individual, etc.) and others.
Our Bookkeeping Service is completely customizable to fit your needs and budget.
Do I need to purchase Quickbooks?
Not Necessarily. While it is recommended for larger companies, it is not required.
It all comes down to your workload and your budget - sometimes the cost and convenience of Quickbooks services are well worth it. We can make recommendations based on your unique needs and will never waste your money (We love to save you money).
How often will I receive Statements?
As often as you'd like! If you're a Quickbooks client, you can run reports yourself at anytime, or we can generate and send them to you on request.
If you are not a Quickbooks client, we will customize your report plan depending on your budget, what information you want, and how often.
Can you help me with my taxes?
Yes! At this time we do not file income tax. However, we can help with all other taxes including but not limited to Sales/Use, TPT, Modified Business, Payroll, SUI; and the preparation of forms such as 940, 941, 944, W-2 and 1099.

How long does it take to set up my books?
This completely depends on the size and complexity of your business, as well as which Accounting System you are running.
I am not a Nevada non-profit, do you service out-of-state clients?
Of course! Although Umbrella Bookkeeping is based out of Las Vegas, NV, we service both local and nationwide clients.
